The Integrated Rural Development Association (IRDA) recognizes the transformative power of youth in advancing social change, humanitarian service, and community development. To institutionalize youth engagement in all IRDA initiatives, the organization has established the IRDA Youth Volunteers Network (IRDA-YVN) — a dynamic platform for university and college students who aspire to contribute their time, skills, creativity, and leadership for the betterment of society.
IRDA firmly believes that “youth are the driving force of change in building a just, stable, and empowered society.” Through IRDA-YVN, young people will act as ambassadors of compassion, empowerment, and social responsibility across Bangladesh. Whenever we work to bring comfort and dignity to vulnerable lives, we trust in the strength of youth, who have the power to lead meaningful change.
